Characteristics and Defects of Administrative Tribunal System - with Emphasis on the Improvement of the System -

In this thesis, the new Administrative Tribunal System of Korea is introduced and the defects it has are pointed out along with some possible ways of betterment. For that purpose, some foreign Administrative Tribunal Systems are shown with a comparative explanation between ours and theirs. This Study is composed as fllow: Ⅰ. Introduction Ⅱ.
