An Empirical Study on Logistics Services Utilization of Korean Shippers in Chinese Market - Focus on Shanghai Region -

Various companies of the world is making inroads in the Chinese market since China's accession to the WTO. Recent years, a lot of Korean companies are making inroads. As the factory of the world, China logistics industry has a lot of interest and has conducted a variety of logistics-related policies. However, China's logistics market is not yet mature, and logistics facilities and services are lacking. These factors affect Korean shippers logistics activity with many obstacles to growth. Until now, a lot of research about the Korean logistics companies of China are studying, but the researches of the side on shippers corporate are lacking. For these reasons, this study was to grasp the reality of the Korean companies logistics activities in China. For resulting, Korean companies operating in China were using Chinese logistics enterprises and logistics services were satisfied with foreign logistics enterprises. Also Logistics activities of the biggest challenges was a clearance problem. Proposed to solve these problems, necessary for the operation of the Joint Logistics Center.
