Republic of Korea has been one of the fastest growing countries in the world over 60 years. The sustainable trade growth of Korea fundamentally depends on the supply of excellent labors called global trade experts. Korea has experienced how to educate global trade experts since 1950s. There have been a lot of demand that hopes to share experience of educating Korean Trade experts in developing countries. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the possibility of Korean Trade Educational ODA and formulate strategies for effective implementation of the korean Trade Educational ODA.
