일상생활동작 훈련실 설치현황, 이용현황 및 치료사의 요구에 관한 연구

Survey on Status, Utilization and Satisfaction with Activities of Daily Living Training Room - Focused on Hospital in Busan -

본 연구의 목적은 일상생활동작 훈련 치료실 설치 현황과 이용현황, 그리고 치료사들의 만족도 및 치료사들이 원하는 치료실의 형태에 대해 조사해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기관용과 치료사용 두 가지 설문지를 사용하였으며, 조사 대상은 부산 지역 병원 15개 기관, 치료사 117명이었다. 조사 결과 조사 대상 15개 기관 중 8개의 기관만이 대한작업치료사협회에 마련한 최소 기준을 충족하고 있었다. 치료사들은 하루 평균 7~9명의 환자들을 일상생활동작 훈련 치료를 의뢰 받고 있으며, 이들의 치료를 위해 일상생활동작 훈련실을 사용하는 치료사는 54.7%였으며, 사용 빈도는 50%정도였다. 일상생활동작 훈련 치료에 대한 만족도는 3.46±0.75점 있었으며, 치료실 및 비품에 대한 만족도는 각각 3.33±0.89, 3.33±0.81이었다. 치료사들이 생각하는 일상생활동작 훈련 치료실의 조건에 대한 조사에서는 침실, 욕실과 부엌, 거실 순서로 공간이 필요하다고 응답하였다. 일상생활동작 훈련실의 설치현황 및 이용현황은 치료사들이 만족할 만한 수준이 되지 않았다. 환자 및 장애인들의 독립적인 일상생활의 독립을 위해 현실적 일상생활동작 훈련의 치료를 위해 현실적인 시설 및 비품의 구비와 환자들의 인식의 변화가 필요하며, 이를 위한 지속적인 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

We surveyed status and utilization for the ADL training room, occupational therapist's satisfaction and need with the ADL training room, and occupational therapist's awareness of the ADL training. For this we used two questionnaire and the subjects of the survey are 15 hospitals in Busan and 117 occupational therapists. In results, Only 8 hospitals of 15 subjects met the minimum requirements for the ADL training room set by KOTA. An average 7~9 patients were referred for ADL training, 54.7% therapists used the ADL training room for training with them and the rate of utilization was 50%. The therapist's satisfaction scores for ADL training intervention was 3.46±0.75, for the ADL training room was 3.33±0.89 and for the equipments and device was 3.33±0.81. At the survey of the therapists's requirements for the ADL training room, the therapist responded that they need a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room in order. And the order of priority equipments and the devices needed each places were similar to the result of reference study. The status and utilization for the ADL training room did not meet therapists' needs. For independence of ADL for client, ADL training room needs to meet realistic setting and to change of client's perception for ADL training. Therefore we hope that the studies on ADL training and ADL training room should be continue.
