다문화교육에 대한 기술ㆍ가정과 교사의 인식도 분석 모형 개발

An Empirical Study on Home Economics Teacher's perceptions of the multi-cultural education - Focussed on the 2007 Educational Curriculum Revision -

본 연구의 목적은 기술ㆍ가정과 교사의 인식도 분석을 통하여 다문화교육 방향을 재설정 하고자 하는 것이다. 2007 개정 교육과정이 시행되면서 기술ㆍ가정교과서에 다문화교육 내용이 실리게 되었는데 내용과 분량의 적정성을 알아보고, 기술ㆍ가정과 교과서에 다문화교육에 적합한 단원 및 다문화교육 지도요소 파악을 통해 교육과정안에 다문화교육을 적용하는 방법에 대해 고찰하고자 하였다. 또한 이를 통해 기술ㆍ가정과 교사가 다문화교육을 시행하는 데 있어서 겪는 어려움과 해결해야 할 문제점은 무엇이며 향후 개선되어야 할 점이 무엇인지를 파악하고자 하였다. 기술통계분석은 종합중요도, 다문화교육에 대한 인지수준, 교과목에 포함된 다문화 교육의 수준(양적, 질적), 다문화교육 실행에 따른 파급효과(집단별), 다문화교육 실행에 따른 적용수준(방법), 다문화교육 실행에 대한 향후 전망, 다문화교육의 적정시기 등을 중심으로 분석하였다. 본 연구는 향후 교과서나 교육과정에 다문화교육을 적용하는 데 있어서 그 방향을 수립하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

The propose of this Study is to re-establish the direction of the multi-cultural education through the cognitive analysis of Technical & Home education teacher. As the technical & home educational contains the contents of multi-cultural education in the 2007 Educational Curriculum Revision, this study considers the way to apply the multi-cultural education in curriculum based on pre-hension of suitable units and tutelage requisites for the multi-cultural education in technical & home education curriculum. And this study examines problems that occur with the implementation of the multi-cultural education for technical & home education teacher, then proposes the improvement from now on. For this objects, it analyzes, through descriptive statistic analysis, the synthetical importance, cognitive level of the multi-cultural education, educational level of the quantitative and qualitative, ripple effect of implementing the multi-cultural education, the application method and level, and the forecast and the appropriate time of implementation, and so on. Henceforward, this study would be expected to help the application and rearrange of the multi-cultural education in curriculum or textbook.
