A Preference Survey of In-Service education for Skin care Therapists in local areas

The results of the study above would bring changes in skin care therapists’ perception of in-service education, expansion of opportunity for in-service education in district areas and putting the results of the education into practice. For development of a systematic and differentiated in-service education program by age, job title and type of duty and implementation of systematic and efficient in-service education, the skin care industry and related agencies need to establish an efficient and improved in-service plan through the continued improvement of in-service systems and formulate a related systematic support plan.
