This study is to analyze the relationship of the impact of strategic alliances and configuration factors of a business hotel and recognition, management and strategy for the activation of the business hotel industry. First, the types of strategic alliances budget hotel showed that the travel agency and general corporate accounted for the highest percentage in the partnership form rooms, food and beverage. Strategic alliance factors of information sharing showed more active, reliable and dependable, and facilitate the Pertnership appeared to be more high-performance recognition. Configuration factors of strategic alliances for business hotel, according to the results and performance for the recognition and configuration factors of strategic alliances and business hotel industry and recognit ion, marketing, business and management efficiency in the long term mamtenance and management will be necessary.
