토의 · 토론 활동을 통한 초등학생의 자기주도 학습 능력 신장 방안 연구

Study of ways to promote self-directed learning ability of elementary through discussion debate activities

이 논문에서는 초등학생들의 자기 주도적 학습 능력을 길러주기 위하여 적용된 토의·토론 프로그램과 수업 저널을 분석하였다. 교수 프로그램 변에서 교사는 토의·토론에 필요한 기초 기능을 잘 지도해야 한다. 또 토의·토론의 유형은 쉽고 학생들 흥미에 부합해야 한다. 그리고 수업 목표 도달에 적합한 토의·토론 유형과 기법을 적용해야 한다. 아울러 수업 설계 단계에서 토의·토론 요소와 주제를 잘 드러내야 한다. 교수 활동 면에서 교사는 학습 내용의 수준과 범위를 명확히 이해해야 한다. 또 교사는 다양한 토의·토론 방법을 알고 있어야 한다. 그리고 토의·토론에 필요한 기능 지도와 사고력 훈련이 지속적으로 이루어져야 한다 아울러 토론에 필요한 자료 수집과 분석이 잘 준비되어야 한다.

In this study, self-directed learning skills of elementary school students in order to foster the discussion debate programs were applied and related materials were applied. The results are as follows. Teacher should teach to the necessary basis skill for discussion debate in the field of teaching program. The types of discussion debate appropriate for interested students should be easy. The types and techniques of discussion debate should be applied suitable for reaching class goals. And the elements and themes of the discussion debate must appear well in the class design phase. The teacher should understand clearly the level and range of learning content in the field of teaching activity. The teacher must know how to do various discussion debate. Guidance of skills and thinking training required for discussion debate should be continuously. And the data collection and analysis required for discussion debate should be prepared well.
