The object of this study is to test the relationship between Green Supply Chain Management(GSCM) Practices, GSC integration, and GSCM performance. To achieve this object, we suggest the hypotheses and research framework based on the literature review and previous studies. To examine the suggested hypotheses, we collect the data from Korean exporting listing manufacturing companies adopted ISO 14001. We use PLS(Partial Least Square) as analysis method. The analysis identified that GSCM practices(Supplier, internal, and customer practices) have positive effect on GSC integration(logistical and technological integration) and GSC integration is positive relationship with GSCM performance(environmental and economic performance).
