This research is set to examine the influence of leadership, through teamwork and positive psychology, to the work outcome and organization effectiveness, and to establish the difference of influence relative to the type of leadership. For this, we conducted a survey, online and offline, throughout the entire country to 10 types of business from February 13th to 20th. Using the programs SPSS 12.0 and LISREL 8.72, we verified the hypothesis of the available survey data relative to the 448 subjects. As a result, first, although the leadership has some meaningful influence on the teamwork and on the positive psychology capital of the organization members, we can detect a difference depending on the type of leadership. Second, rather than having a direct influence on the organization effectiveness and the work outcome, the leadership has an indirect influence through teamwork and positive psychology capital. Third, the servant leadership showed no statistically meaningful influence compared to other types of leadership. With such results and through a positive analysis, we verified that the concept of leadership helped to give psychological stability to the organization members and also to induce mutual collaboration between members, thus improving the organization capabilities. We then confirmed that leadership must change form depending on the organization specificity and its members' characteristics.
