This study examined the secondary victimization and its' prevention, in police interrogation, through face-to-face in-depth interviews (Telephone interviews were partly used) on crime victims who are consisted of the eleven survivors in sexual assault and family assault and are consisted of the variously aged women. In according to the results of analysis on these qualitative data, the sources of secondary victimization in police interrogation process were largely divided to two, as followed. First, some different police interrogators asked repeatedly same problems, which mostly were highly sensitive to women victims and tired victims, specially without the protection of privacy. Second, some police interrogators also asked to victims in an prejudiced and partial attitude. For enhancing the right of victims, these practice will be improved in police interrogation process.
