"School Bullying ; a type of school violation" has recently become a serious social problem in Korean society. This "School bullying" maybe caused to younger that serious problem of adaption in school life, self-imagination & developing of Social-Psychologic status. Inspite of this importance, that is treated only a violaton of relationship of student. Late 1990s, study of "School Bullying" is interested in Republic of Korea. But Many study of "School Bullying" did not suppose efficiency alternative social policy. Many research suvey case-based & occurence-rate of bullying. especially did not act about part of criminal policy. So this study want to suppose 'The model in home & Educational Government & Social group of against Bullying Alternative policy for Correction Welfare Service'.
