The evaluation and view on the operation status of the Support Center for Crime Victims ; Criminal Victim Protection Act, three years later its enactment

The formal and nationwide concern to criminal victim's support in our society came from a comprehensive countermeasure of Justice Department about criminal victim's protection and support in September 1, 2004. Criminal Victim Protection Act of fundamental act in the protection of victim enacted on December 23, 2005 and practiced in March 24, 2006. With an enforcement of this act criminal victim's support was organized and it was become duty of nation, municipality and people. Since then, that is true that there have been remarkable outcomes. The accomplishment of victim's support is depended method on operation of Support Center for Crime Victims. For this reasons this paper views of an outcome in these three years since an enforcement of this act and search for direction in victim support. To put it concretely as follows. Publicity or education in the shape of short term problem and the central operating body, providing information, application in the early process, financial problems, criminal mediation in mid-long term problem. This paper, in particular, is meaningful as evaluation in questions to raise in seminar in 2005.
