장애인을 위한 문화여가 지원사업의 성과

The Outcomes of the Cultural-leisure Support Project for the Disabled

본 연구의 목적은 문화여가 지원사업에 대한 총괄평가 중 장애인을 위한 문화여가 지원사업 평가를 중심으로 장애인을 위한 문화여가 지원사업의 성과와 과제를 제시하는데 있다. 편의표출을 통해 선정된 대상에게 구조화된 조사표를 사용하여 설문하였다. 644명에 대한 자료는 기술통계와 t-검증, 분산분석(ANOVA)을 활용하여 분석하였다. 결과는 첫째, 장애인은 문화 바우처사업에 가장 많이 참여했고 만족도도 가장 높았다. 둘째, 장애인은 박물관.미술관 초대전시, 창작발표지원사업에서 만족도가 비장애인 보다 높았다. 셋째, 장애인은 행복, 우울 감소, 외로움 감소, 문화여가활동에 대한 관심제고, 신체적 건강 개선에서 긍정적 효과를 냈다. 넷째, 흥미 있는 프로그램과 교통편의 요구가 높았다. 장애인은 정보제공을 비장애인은 편의시설 구비를 더 중시한 것으로 드러났다. 분석결과를 근거로 문화 소외계층인 장애인의 문화여가 지원사업에 대한 통합적 논의를 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the outcomes and challenges of the cultural-leisure support project for the disabled based on the findings from summative evaluation of the project. The subjects who were the beneficiaries of the project were selected using a convenience sampling method and were interviewed with a structured questionnaire. Data were collected from a total of 644 beneficiaries and were analyzed with a descriptive analysis, t-test, and ANOVA. The findings were as follows: First, in regard to the participation rate and the level of satisfaction of the project, Cultural Voucher ranked as the 1st. Second, in regard to the difference of satisfaction of the project according to with and without disability, the disable were highly satisfied with a museum and galley exhibition and a creation presentation program. Third, in regard to the outcomes of the project according to with and without disability, the disabled showed happiness, decrease of depression and loneliness, increase of interest of a cultural-leisure activity, and improvement of physical health. And last, in regard to comparison between ways to enhance the satisfaction according to with and without disability, demand for interesting programs and transportation provided were especially high. The disabled asked information, on the other hand people without disability demanded amenities. On the basis of the findings, integrative discussions on the project for the disabled as a cultural-underprivileged class were suggested.
