부모 참여에 대한 취업모의 인식, 공공기관 직장어린이집을 중심으로

Employed mothers's perception on Parent involvement, focusing on day care center for employees in public institution

본 연구의 목적은 공공기관 직장어린이집 부모 중 취업모가 생각하는 부모 참여의 의미와 어려움 그리고 해결방안을 알아보는 것이다. 연구참여자는 누리시청어린이집 부모 중 어머니 6명으로 참여관찰, 심층면담을 통해 심층적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 취업모가 이야기하는 부모 참여의 의미는 내 아이 진단하기, 관심 가지기, 아이 성장의 보조제, 부모 일깨워주기로 아동의 발달과 부모교육의 두 가지 측면에서 기회라는 의미를 가진다. 둘째, 부모 참여에서 경험하는 어려움은 공동체에 내재된 인식, 사회에 내재된 인식, 방관자적 조언자 vs 주도적 양육자로 분류되며 이는 직장어린이집에서만 나타나는 현상이고 사회적 인식에서 오는 성역할 갈등이다. 셋째, 부모 참여에서 경험하는 어려움의 해결방안은 사회적으로 내재된 인식의 사고전환과 육아문화형성이고 실제적인 실천방안은 공무원 직무교육에 부모 참여를 교육 시수화 하는 것이다.

The purpose of this study is employed mothers who enroll their children for the child care facility for employees in public institution, towards their interpretation of parents' involvement and its difficulties, including the solutions to it. In order to conduct this study participants were gathered as six mothers who have been observed and interviewed in-depth from child care facility in Nuri Municipal. Firstly, the opinions of employed mothers are that their interpretation of parents' involvement is a chance in child development and upbringing, such as diagnosing, concerning, supporting and making their children aware of parents. Secondly, the difficulties experienced in parents are the awareness in a community and the public and being a spectating adviser or a leading raiser. These only occur in the child care facility for employees and are conflicts of sexual role from societal awareness. Thirdly, the solutions for these difficulties in parent involvement are changing the way of thinking that are fixed from societal awareness, and the cultural evolution of childcare. The realistic plan will be making parent involvement educational by employees' dutiful education.
