유아교사를 위한 기본동작 수업장학 사례연구

A Case Study on Instructional Supervision of Fundamental Movements for Early Childhood Teachers

본 연구는 기본동작 수업기술 향상을 위한 수업장학을 실시하여 각 단계가 어떻게 진행되는지와 교사의 변화를 분석해보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 기본동작에 관한 수업장학을 계획하고 실행해 보고자 하는 유아교육기관에 구체적인 도움을 주고자 한다. 이를 위해 수원시에 있는 어린이집 만 5세반(사랑반) 담임교사를 대상으로 기본동작에 관한 수업장학을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장학의 구체적인 운영과정은 피장학 요원과의 라포 형성을 위한 '관계형성 단계', 검사지를 통해 피장학 요원을 파악하는 '지식습득 단계', 결정된 기본동작에 관한 이론학습과 기본동작 표현방법 기술을 익히는 '계획수립 및 실행 단계', 수업계획안 검토를 하는 '사전 협의회 단계', 수업관찰 및 녹화를 하는 '수업참관 단계', 수업에 대한 평가를 하는 '교수학습과정분석 단계', 다음 수업 중점목표를 설정하는 '사후협의회 단계'로 이루어 졌다. 둘째, 수업장학을 통해 담임교사는 기본동작 내용지식에 대한 이해력이 증가되었고 융통성과 통찰력 있는 수업을 진행하게 되었다.

This study was attempted to analyze the progress of each supervision step and changes of teacher by utilizing instructional supervision for the improvement of teaching methodology of fundamental movements. By using the obtained results we are planning to help child care and education institutions trying to planning and applying better instructional supervision on the fundamental movements. For this study, instructional supervision was applied to teachers who were in charge with five-year-old children at child-care center in Suwon City. The obtained results were as follows. 1) First, the specific operation process of instructional supervision consists of diverse stages: relationship building stage for the formation of rapport with instructees, knowledge acquisition stage to figure out instructees through test papers, plan development and implementation stage for theoretical learning about determined fundamental movements and for how to express fundamental movements, preliminary discussion stage to review class plans, class visiting stage for class observation and recording, teaching-learning process analysis stage for class evaluation, and post discussion stage to establish central goals of next class. 2) The quality of teacher Park's lessons was improved through her better understanding on the contents of fundamental movements and accepting the flexible and insightful method of teaching.
