유아교사의 5세 누리과정 교육연수 참여 실태 및 요구분석

본 연구는 유아교사의 배경변인에 따른 5세 누리과정⌟의 교육연수 참여 실태와 요구를 파악 해 봄으로써 『누리과정』의 효율적인 현장적용 위한 교사연수, 교사 지원체제 개발 등의 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 5세 누리과정 교육연수 참여 실태 분석은 누리과정 교육연수 참여경험 유무, 주관기관, 참여 도움정도, 추후 교육연수 참여의사 및 불참이유 측면에서 5세 누리과정 교육연수 요구 분석은 누리과정 교육연수의 필요성, 교육연수 시기, 교육연수 기관, 연수방법, 연수시간, 연수내용 등의 측면에서 검토 되었다. 연구결과, 5세 누리과정 운영의 내실화를 위한 교사연수 지원 방안과 교사양성 교육과정의 내실화를 위한 정책방안이 제안되었다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the actual condition of participation and needs on teacher training program of early childhood teachers about the Nuri curriculum for Children in Year 5, appropriateness of related teacher education and the operating state of the Nuri curriculum for age 5 and their needs in an effort to make a contribution to the effective management of teacher training programs related to the Nuri curriculum. The subjects in this study were 197 teachers in kindergartens and day-care centers in Chung-Buk who took all the related training courses. The findings of the study were as follows: a)The response for the participation of the teacher training programs on Nuri curriculum was 72.1% which is very high in participation. b) Nearly half of participants were required city ministry of education to be suitable for the main center for teacher training programs and following ranks were, child-care information center, meeting for teacher c) In the research of usefulness of the teacher training programs on Nuri curriculum. participation has helped 91.8% of all the participants. And give positive evaluation to teacher training programs on Nuri curriculum. d) The ratio for not participating the following teacher training programs on Nuri curriculum appeared to be somewhat higher than nursery teacher compared to kindergarten teacher. e) The question for the appropriate time for teacher training programs of understanding and operation of the Nuri curriculum was on weekdays during working hours or by cyber lectures which do not have time constraint. f) 52.8% of the respondent want help in the teaching methods by education and training of understanding and operation on Nuri curriculum.
