NATURAL FEATURES AND GLOBALISM

고전적인 의미의 글로벌리즘에 의해서 항상 붕괴 위기에 노출되어 왔다고 하는 의미에서는, 풍토는 글로벌리즘과는 양립되지 못하는 사상이며, 반 글로벌리즘의 종국으로 자리 매김 되는 다원적 세계관의 근간을 이루는 것이라고도 생각할 수 있다. 그러나 글로벌리즘을 풍토의 파괴자로 일방적으로 결정짓는 것은 편협 된 사고방식은 아닐까? 이러한 모멘트가 작용하기 때문에 “풍토”라고 하는 문제도 역설적으로 클로즈 업 되어, 다시 숨결을 불어 넣게 되는 일도 있을 것이다. 만약 완전하게 주위로부터 단절된 로컬리티가 있었다고 한다면, 아마도 로컬리티라고는 하지 않고 소우주로서의 세계의 중심으로 이해될 것이다. 따라서 하나의 가설을 세운다고 한다면, “글로벌리즘은 풍토를 환기시킨다”고 하는 명제이다. 풍토가 좁은 의미의 내셔널리즘으로 연결되는 것이 아니라, 세계로 통하는 보편성을 가질 수 있게 되는 것이라고 한다면, 여기서부터 21세기에서 미래로 통하는 빛이 보이기 시작할 것으로 생각된다.

The natural features, which are considered to have always been exposed to the risk of being destroyed by such globalism in terms of classical meaning, is thought that is incompatible with globalism and could be foundation of the pluralistic view that is regarded as the end of anti-globalism. On the other hand, isn't it also a narrow-minded way of thinking to simply denounce globalism as the destroyer of natural features? Due to this matter, the issue of "natural features" could be taken into consideration and re-vitalized again paradoxically. If there is a locality that has been completely severed from the surroundings, it would be understood as the center of a small universe rather than being called locality. Therefore, it is possible to build another hypothesis - "Globalism remind us of natural features".Given that natural features are not connected to nationalism in a narrow sense but contain the universality that connects to the world, the light leading to the future in the 21st century will begin shining from here.
