Particularly many aspects such as paper quality, scope of contributors, diversity of topic make remarkable progress lately. Third, it have paved attention to the topic left cut by main stream Many scholars in the circle of Korean phonology have had interest in the history of phonological system or synchronic description of present Korean But paper in KLL handled some other problems. These three paint made KLL valuable in spite of ite being local journal.
