보편적 학습설계 원리를 적용한 청각장애아동 대상 e교과서 설계원리 개발

Development of Guidelines the Design of the E-textbooks for Deaf Children by Applying Principles of Universal Design for Learning

본 연구에서는 청각장애아동의 장애로 인한 문제점을 지원할 수 있는 e교과서의 설계 방안을 구명하기 위하여 청각장애아동이 현재 운영 중인 e교과서를 이용할 때 실질적으로 겪는 문제점을 파악하여 구체적인 설계지침을 도출하였으며, 보편적 학습설계 원리를 토대로 하여 청각장애아동을 위한 e교과서의 설계원리 103가지를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 구안한 '청각장애아동을 위한 e교과서의 설계원리'가 실제 교육현장에서 신뢰성 있고 타당하게 적용됨으로써 청각장애아동을 위한 e교과서의 설계원리 개발로 앞으로 개발될 청각장애아동을 위한 e교과서 모형과 그 성과물 개발에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 다른 장애영역의 e교과서 연구 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

This study explored ways to develop specific design principles and described 103 different types of guidelines to develop e-textbooks in order to establish principles for developing e-textbooks which can assist deaf children by identifying problems which they practically experience when using e-textbooks. It is expected that the 'Principles for the design of e-textbooks for deaf children' established by this study applies to the educational area including students and experts in such a reliable and adequate way that can be a basis for developing e-textbook models for deaf children and their outcomes and is also expected that the Principles can contribute to the promotion of studies on e-textbooks in other areas of disabilities.
