장애인가족의 가족스트레스가 가족적응에 미치는 영향

A Study on the Influences of Family Stress on Family Adaptation of Disabled Families - Focused on the Mediation Effect of Family Resilience -

본 연구는 장애인가족을 대상으로 장애인가족이 경험하는 스트레스와 가족탄력성이 가족적응에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 장애인 가족의 스트레스가 가족적응에 미치는 영향관계에서 가족탄력성의 간접효과를 검증함으로써 가족스트레스 대처방안 및 가족탄력성 향상을 통한 장애인가족의 적응력 향상을 위한 지원체계를 마련하는 기초자료로 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면, 장애인가족의 스트레스가 높을수록 가족탄력성은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 가족탄력성이 높을수록 장애인가족의 적응은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 가족스트레스는 가족적응에 직접효과는 유의하지 않지만 가족탄력성을 매개로 간접효과가 검증되었다. 이러한 결과를 통해서 볼 때 장애인가족의 적응력 향상을 위해 장애인 개인뿐만 아니라 가족을 대상으로 가족스트레스 대처 프로그램의 제공 및 가족탄력성 향상을 위한 지원체계를 구축해야 할 것이다

This study has its purposes on providing basic data of supporting system for improvement of disabled family adaptation abilities through promoting family resilience and counter measures for family stress through verifying indirect effect of family resilience from the effecting relation by the stress of disabled family and analysing effect of experienced stress by family of disabled and family resilience on the family adaptation. Below is summarized result of the study. First, as a result of effect of disabled family's stress on family resilience, stress of disabled family effects negatively to the family resilience and higher stress of disabled family make lower family resilience. Second, as a result of analysis of effect of family resilience on family adaptation, family resilience effects static and direct effects on family adaptation, family resilience is presented as to forecast meaningfully the family adaptation. Higher family resilience make higher adaptation of families. Third, direct effect of family stress on family adaptation has no meaningful effect, But, in the relation between family stress, family adaptation and family resilience and family adaptation, mediation effect are verified with family resilience.
