친환경문화는 그린물류관리와 물류성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는가?

How Does Environment Culture Influence Green Logistics Management and Logistics Performance?

본 연구는 기업의 친환경문화가 그린물류 및 물류성과에 미치는 영향력을 검증하기 위해 시도되었다. 이를 위해 이론적 토대로부터 연구가설 및 연구모형을 도출하고, 물류활동이 요구되는, 제조기업, 유통기업, 물류기업을 중심으로 설문조사에 의한 실증연구를 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과 및 전략적 시사점은 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 기업의 그린물류관리 실천은 물류 절차, 물류성과 평가, 파트너와의 협력, 일반 환경관리로 분류되며, 물류성과는 환경성과, 운영성과, 경제성과로 분류되었다. 둘째, 기업의 친환경문화의 도입은 그린물류관리에 부분적으로 정(+)의 영항을 미쳤다. 셋째, 기업의 그린물류관리 실천은 물류성과에 부분적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 각 기능차원별로 상이한 영항을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기업의 친환경문화 창조는 환경성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 기업의 그린물류관리 도입을 통해 물류성과를 향상시키기 위해서는 우선적으로 친환경문화 조성을 통해, 환경 정보 및 지식을 창출하여 조직 내외부로 확산시켜야 한다는 것을 시사한다.

This study was designed to identify the relationships between environment culture, green logistics and logistics performance. The authors test the proposed model using data from firms introducing the green logistics management. The pivotal findings via the structural equation model in the study are as follows. First, The environment culture had a positive (+) influence on the green logistics management. Second, The green logistics management had a positive (+) influence on the logistics performance. Third, The environment culture had a positive (+) influence on the logistics performance. Those results suggest that the companies need to maintain develop and create environment culture before introducing a green logistics management. Organization members should be motivated, considering the possibility of resistance to the changes of the practice of green logistics management.
