An empirical study was carried out to analyze the effects of leaderships and organizational cultures of Chinese corporations on organizational effectiveness through hierarchical regression analysis. For empirical investigation, questionnaire method was used. Data were collected from the corporations in five regions of People's Republic of China. 184 questionnaires are used to study this article. The result of statistical analysis shows as follows: First, benevolent leadership and virtuous leadership were positively related to the organizational effectiveness. Second, Group culture and development culture were positively related to the organizational effectiveness. Third, the interaction term of benevolent leadership and group culture was positively related with the organizational effectiveness. Fourth, the interaction term of development leadership and rational culture were positively related with the organizational effectiveness.
