중국 중소기업의 ERP 시스템 도입 효과에 대한 분석

An Analysis on the Effect of Implementing Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) among the China SME: Based on Case Study of the KB1-Brick production Firm in China

This paper examines of the wants to evaluate the result of ERP system in SMEs in China through sustainable management. For ERP integrated information system to be operated according to the PDCA cycle model, IS Succes model and in conjunction with China's ERP for small business in the performance through continuous cycle will be discussed. The main findings are as follows. ERP information system is not a one-cycle management of enterprises. The enterprises' continuous control is affected by the impact on optimization of informationalization of business performance management. ERP system is prove to be complementary to re-cycle management.
