1960~70년대 청소년 과학소설 장르 연구

A Study on Korean Science Fiction for adolescent on 1960～1970's - 『The Complete Series of Korean Science Fiction』(1974) -

This study was to investigate the characteristics of youth creative science fiction genre in the 1960s and 1970s. The work the subject of this study, all in a space adventure, space opera genre. In Chapter 2, to clean up the background shows the ‘space opera’ genre. In the United States since the 1920s science fiction magazines were very popular. And the adventure stories of the frontier, which was called ‘horse opera’ was fashionable. In Chapter 3, the reason why a lot of creative ‘space opera’ genre were organized into three. The reason is because of the government's science policy, the translation of American science fiction, adventure novel structure. In Chapter 4, a novel analysis was divided into ‘Space Adventure story’ and ‘War of the Worlds story’. ‘Space adventure story’ is a modern adventure novel that takes place in the universe. ‘War of the Worlds story’ is a metaphor for the international situation and social phenomena. This study is valuable in that it extended the scope of the study, the Korea Science Fiction. (Pusan National University)
