This study on the subject of Korean trading companies investigated comprehensively what effect of the spread of ethical management has on organizational citizenship behavior in order to draw a long-term survival strategy for the relevant sphere. As a result, it was found that social factor and organizational factor have effect on organizational citizenship behavior. This study also verified whether there is difference in organizational citizenship behavior between Korean trade-related organizations with experienced or non-experienced trade claim in the process of spreading ethical management responding to international calls.
