본 연구는 2018년 평창에서 개최되는 동계올림픽의 지속적 파급효과를 높여줄 수 있는 SOC 확충과 물류공동화 구축방안을 제시하기 위한 연구이다. 연구의 결과 물류공동화 방안의 실행 시기를 2013년도 실행을 목표로 하는 단기 방안과 2014년부터 2016년까지 실행을 목표로 하는 중장기 방안으로 구분하여 제시한다. 단기 방안의 결과를 살펴보면 인력 확충, 운영 및 시설자금 확보, 공동구매 및 판매사업(식자재 납품 포함)을 통한 유통구조 개선, 물류센터 시설을 활용한 공동 보관 및 배송 사업, 다양한 마케팅 사업 실행, 기타 사업 수행 등 이다. 중장기적 방안의 결과를 살펴보면 조합의 체질 강화를 통해 지속적인 경쟁력을 확보하는데 초점을 둔 방안으로 홈페이지 개설 및 쇼핑몰 구축, 수입 및 수출판로 개척, 대출 사업 및 타 조합과 연계하여 연합회를 구성하는 내용 등이다.
This study investigated SOC expansion and joint logistics for 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Game. The study gave two kinds of joint logistics depending upon time, that is to say, 2013 distribution and 2014 to 2016 distribution. 2013 joint logistics program included recruitment, operation and facility fund, better distribution by joint purchase and sales (including supply of food materials), joint storage and delivery by distribution center facilities, various kinds of marketing businesses and other businesses. Mid-and-long term program was focused on reinforcement of the association's constitution to attain continuous competitiveness by opening of homepage, construction of shopping malls, opening of import and export channels and construction of association in connection with lending and/or other associations.
