모더니즘 건축양식의 조형원리를 활용한 헤어 디자인에 관한 연구

A Study on Hair Design using Formative Principle of Modernist Style of Architecture -Focused on the works in Juno Hair Show-

The style of architecture has both artistic value and functionality. Its design approach is very applicable in the similar way to hair design. This paper tried to expand the scope of expression and make the opportunity to plan and create artistic hair design by analyzing the formative principles of modernist style of architecture observed in Juno Hair Show. This paper aimed to maximize the value of hair design as the formative art. The results of this paper are characterized by expression of obvious simplicity, expression of transparent completeness and combination of geometrical plane. For the obvious simplicity, the core elements of design were expressed in the linear contour of design by excluding plane and rectilinear shape and decorations. The obvious simplicity is characterized by moderate expression of vertical and horizontal line using linear contour. Transparent completeness was expressed through transparency by matching the colorless base and point colors. Expression was characterized by emphasis on the linear precision using the structure of plane figure, straight and oblique lines, as the mysterious and pure expression. The combination of geometrical planes were expressed by the unrestricted combination and emphasis of geometric shapes using the contours of figures based on straight line, curve, round and square.
