This study consisted of a questionnaire survey on the mediation effect of an educational program and modulating effect of learning obstruction for the purpose of participating in the program. These have an effect on educational satisfaction of students majoring in cosmetology in a vocational school which operates an academic credit bank system. The intrinsic purpose and the extrinsic purposes increased, and educational satisfaction increased, in terms of the effect of participating in the learning program on educational satisfaction by obstruction factors. Consequently, the purpose of participating in the learning program, necessities of educational program and learning obstruction factors are critical in enhancing educational satisfaction among the students majoring in cosmetology in a school which has operated an academic credit bank system.
