As sustainable growth of theme park industry are main concern for operators, this research focused on the event performances and actors, narrowing discourse on “Commercialization of Art ” down to HR management. Actor has been traditionally artist and also became member of organization at the same time, which incumbent them blur job orientation in theme park setting. Results said that more artist-oriented actors tend to involve in flow during their performance. Flow to performance and audience are known to precedent variables that differs the quality of performance between groups. Moreover, event performance, along with ride facilities, is one of important theme park products in way that they served to control capacity indirectly and provide overall satisfaction of theme park goers. Also artist-oriented actors are more craving for absolute reward value, which means relatively indifference to their reward of peers and more interested in their own rewards. More flow friendly and drastic rewards system are needed for the theme park actors as the managerial implication.
