스마트폰 뱅킹서비스에 관한 만족과 지속적 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인분석

In recent years, smartphone is the most famous device in the Korea. In January 2010, 'In smartphone service, electronic banking safety regulations' by the Financial Supervisory Service is implemented to apply a similar level of security to the PC Internet banking and smartphone banking services. After this regulations, mobile banking customers based on smartphone have been increased by 43.8% compared to last quarter. Overall, smartphone is leading number of registered customers in mobile banking services. In addition, the banking service based on smartphone has continued robust earnings growth. The purpose of this study is to analysis of factors influence on satisfaction and continuance intention of use in smartphone banking service. after the digital economy, the issue is now, beyond the acceptance, for continued use as a consequence. Therefore, we aim at satisfaction and continuance intention of use on smartphone banking service based on the ECM of IS Continuance model.
