Housing value plays an important role when it comes to selecting residential area for multi-family housing dwellers in general residential area. This study classifies the characteristics of housing environment into parking environment, convenience, surrounding environment, educational district, and economic feasibility, and aims to confirm whether they have correlations with housing value as the precedence factor. Furthermore, it also aims to identify correlations of housing value with trust in residential area and positive word-of-mouth intention of dwellers. The study results are as follows. Convenience, surrounding environment, and economic feasibility among characteristics of housing environment have a significant effect on housing value. Housing value has a positive effect on trust in residential area and positive word-of-mouth intention, and trust in residential area has an effect on positive word-of-mouth intention. Based on the above results, this study proposes suggestions and future research direction.
