중국의 물류현대화 상의 문제점과 발전방안

A Study on the Problems and Improvements of Modernization of Logistics in China - Focused on the Third Party, Forth party, E-Commerce and Green Logistics -

중국은 세계에서 가장 활기있는 경제변화를 하고 있는 국가인데 높은 경제성장율과 거대한 시장 잠재력으로 글로벌 생산 및 물류 거점이 되어 왔다. 제조산업의 폭발적인 성장은 중국 물류산업의 신속한 성장을 가져왔고 많은 다국적 기업과 국제기업들은 생산거점과 물류거점을 중국으로 이전시켜 왔다. 중국기업들은 비용을 절감하고 핵심역량을 개선시키는데 집중하기 위해 물류을 아웃소싱하기 시작하였다. 중국정부는 제12차 5개년 계획 등에서 다양한 정책들을 통하여 물류산업에 대한 투자를 권장하기 시작하였다. 중국에서 물류인프라는 경제성장의 여파로 제 기능을 수행하지 못하고 있는데 불충분한 물류하드웨어와 소프트웨어는 상대적으로 고가의 저품질의 물류서비스를 유발하고 있다. 본 논문의 연구목적은 물류현대화의 차원에서 중국물류의 현황을 다루고 중국의 물류현대화의 문제점과 개선방안을 모색함으로써 중국물류의 발전에 기여하는 것이다.

China is a nation undergoing exciting economic changes in the world. Owing to its high economic growth rate, and huge market potential, China has been a global manufacturing and logistics centers. The explosive expansion of manufacturing industries has lead to fast growth in the logistics industry in China. Many multinational and transnational companies have been moving their logistics and manufacturing centers to China. Many Chinese companies began to outsource their logistics to reduce costs and focus on improving their core competency. China’s government has begun to encourage investment into the logistics industry via various policies in 12th 5-Year Plan etc. Logistics infrastructure in China was straining under the weight of its new economic growth. The insufficient logistics hardwares and softwares have led to relatively expensive and poor quality logistics. This paper summarizes the current status of Chinese Logistics in view of logistics modernization and the purpose of this paper is to contribute to the development of logistics by finding the problems and improvements of logistics modernization in China.
