태양광발전설비산업의 부가가치, 피용자보수 및 고용에 대한 유발효과 비교 분석

Induced Analysis for Value Added, Compensation of Employees and Employment Effect of Photovoltaic Equipment Industry in Korea

본 연구는 태양광발전설비를 반영한 2009년 산업연관표와 고용표를 작성하여 태양광발전설비 제조산업의 부가가치유발효과, 피용자보수유발효과, 고용유발효과들을 추정하여 다른 산업의 유발효과와 비교하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 2009년 기준으로 태양광발전설비산업의 부가가치유발효과는 최종수요 10억 원에 대해서 503.8백만 원으로 3차산업의 부가가치유발수준보다는 낮지만, 2차산업에 포함되는 다른 산업들에 비해서 낮다고 하기 어렵다. 태양광발전설비산업의 피용자보수유발효과는 최종수요 10억 원에 대해서 170.6백만 원으로 3차산업 및 2차산업에 포함되는 다른 산업들의 효과보다 낮다. 태양광발전설비산업의 고용유발효과는 최종수요 10억 원에 대해서 2.9명이었다. 이는 2차산업 내의 다른 산업들의 고용유발효과보다는 작은 수준이다. 부가가치유발효과, 피용자보수유발효과, 고용유발효과측면에서 보면 태양광발전설비를 제조하는 산업은 2차산업에 포함되는 다른 설비제조업과 유사한 수준의 유발효과를 갖는다. 따라서 태양광발전설비산업이 갖는 부가가치유발효과, 피용자보수유발효과, 고용유발효과측면에서 이 산업의 유용성이나 우위성을 언급하기는 어렵다. 이는 태양광발전설비산업을 여타의 다른 제조업과 같은 기준을 적용하여 비교하기 보다는 태양광발전설비산업이 다른 제조업과 달리 신재생에너지원을 확대하기 위해서 필요한 설비를 제조하므로 이러한 환경친화적 측면을 기준으로 비교되어야 유용성이 부각된다는 점을 알려준다.

This research estimated induced effect such as value added, compensation of employees and employment of each industry including Photovoltaic equipment manufacture industry, and compared with those of other industries. Induced value added from final demand 1 billion Won of photovoltaic equipment manufacture industry is 503.8 million Won. This is lower than that of the 3rd industry and similar with that of other industry in the 2nd industry. Induced compensation of employees from final demand 1 billion Won of photovoltaic equipment manufacture industry is 170.6 million Won. This is lower than that of the 2nd and the 3rd industry. Induced employment from final demand 1 billion Won of photovoltaic equipment manufacture industry is 2.9 people. This is lower than that of the other manufacture industry. As empirical results proved on this paper, photovoltaic equipment manufacture industry has similar induced effect with such as other manufacture industries. However photovoltaic equipment manufacture industry supply equipment to deploy renewable energy source. Therefore it is needed for us to consider environmental friendly clause when promotion policy is adapted.
