The insulation efficacy of a bubble sheet that many press releases have been produced in the reality and that the building energy saving acts as a big social issue was intended to be compared. As a result, the following came to conclusions. As a result of measuring heat transmission coefficient of 4 kinds of experimental materials, it was found: 10mm styrofoam was 1.969W/m2K: double bubble sheet was 3.29W/m2K: single-layered bubble sheet was 3.92W/m2K: a bubble sheet for packaging was 4.534W/m2K. Looking at the phenomenon showing the effect of energy saving at general homes even though the heat transmission coefficient of single-layered bubble sheet is around double of the 10mm styrofoam, it showed that the building energy saving can take big effects when insulation efficacy of glass is improved a little with technology development. -As a result of making and measuring a hexahedral specimen assuming Mock Up House, when the difference of external temperature was 6.0℃, it was found: the variation of temperature of a styrofoam specimen was 4.2℃: double bubble sheet was 4.8℃: single-layered bubble sheet was 5.1℃: a bubble sheet for packaging was 5.5℃. It obviously showed the differences between insulation performance of all sorts of bubble sheet and 10mm styrofoam in the results from the specimen.
