The determination factor of housing satisfaction of officetel-dweller -focus on 20~30s household in Seoul district-

As of 2010, approximately 5.75% of households in their 20s~30s are living in officetel. This is an increase of approximately 5.10% from the year 2000(0.65%). The reason why the number of households in their 20s~30sliving in officetel has increased is because the demand for compact housing in the city has increased with the increase in one-person households in the 20s and 30s, which has caused an increase in the supply of officetel. At present, the demand for compact housing by households in their 20s and 30s is rapidly increasing around Seoul, and there will be differences in the things that influence the satisfaction level of living in officetel depending on various environmental factors. The purpose of this study is to find out the decision factors that affect the satisfaction levels in living for households in their 20s and 30s who use officetel in Seoul as for use of living. The scope of this study is limited to identifying the residential environmental factors that affect the satisfaction levels in living for households in their 20s and 30s who use officetel in Seoul as for use of living. The research method applied is the behavioral science approach to explain the satisfaction levels in living in officetel by officetel dwellers, and primarily, factor analysis and reliability analysis had been used to identify the factors that influenced the satisfaction levels of living. Then, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to draw out the residential environmental factors that influenced the satisfaction levels in living in studio apartments. For the statistical program, IBM SPSS 21.0 was used.
