보육교사의 감성지능이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

The Influence of Child Care Teachers' Emotional Intelligence upon Organizational Commitment -Focused on Level 2 Promotion Subjects-

본 연구는 보육교사의 감성지능이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 충북지역 보육교사 2급 승급대상자 196명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 여기서 회수된 자료는 SPSS 12.0(ver.)를 이용하여 분석되었다. 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 보육교사의 감성지능 변인들은 유지적 몰입에 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 감성지능 변인 감성활용(B=.234, p <.001), 감성조절(B=.215, p <.01)순서로 정서적 몰입에 유의미한 정적(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 감성지능 변인 감성조절(B=.222, p <.01)은 규범적 몰입에 유의미한 정적(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 심도 깊은 논의를 거쳐 보육교사의 감성지능의 중요성 인식과 함께 감성지능을 높일 수 있는 방안마련에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to figure out the influence of child care teachers' emotional intelligence upon organizational commitment. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted targeting 196 promotion subjects as child care teacher level 2 in Chungbuk area. The collected materials here were analyzed by using SPSS 12.0(ver.). Examining the results, first, child care teachers' emotional-intelligence variables were indicated not to have significant influence upon continuance commitment. Second, it was indicated to have significant positive(+) influence upon affective commitment in order of emotion application(B=.234, p<.001) and emotion regulation(B=.215, p<.01), which are child care teachers' emotional-intelligence variables. Third, the emotion regulation(B=.222, p<.01) as child care teachers' emotional-intelligence variable was indicated to have significant positive(+) influence upon normative commitment. The aim was to offer basic data necessary for arranging a plan available for increasing emotional intelligence along with child care teachers' recognizing importance of emotional intelligence, by passing through in-depth discussion based on these results.
