보육교사의 전문성발달수준과 보육효능감에 관한 연구

A Study for the educare teacher's professional development level and efficacy of educare

본 연구는 경기도에 소재한 어린이집 교사들을 대상으로 그들의 전문성발달수준과 보육효능감에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 보육교사들의 전문성발달 수준과 보육효능감의 일반적 경향과 개인변인, 근무환경 변인에 따른 전문성발달 수준과 보육효능감을 알아보고, 전문성 발달수준과 보육효능감간의 상관관계를 알아보아 보육교사들의 전문성 발달과 보육효능감을 높이고 바람직한 전문 보육교사로서의 역할을 수행하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 보육교사의 전문성 발달 수준은 개인변인에서는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, 근무환경 변인으로 교사연수와 재교육여부, 월평균보수, 근무기관, 만족도에 따라서는 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 보육교사의 보육효능감은 개인변인으로 교사연령과 근무경력, 결혼여부에서는 유의미한 차이가 있으나, 교사의 학력과 전공에 따라서는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 보육교사의 보육효능감은 근무환경 변인으로 근무시간과 월평균보수에서는 유의미한 차이가 있지만 교사연수와 재교육, 근무기관, 만족도에 따라서는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 보육교사의 전문성 발달수준과 보육효능감간의 전체 상관관계는 매우 긍정적으로 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 보육효능감이 높을수록 전문성의 발달수준은 높게 나타난다는 것을 의미하는 것으로 볼 수 있다.

This work is about to comprehend what is need for teacher in their activity researching teachers on care center in Gyunggi-Do. first of all, we check individual variables and working environment variables affecting their professional development level and teacher's efficacy of care, then we calibrate correlation of 2 factors. Doing so, we willing support basic data to enhance teacher's professional development level and efficacy of care. As tool of check professional development level, we used modified scale of professional development level made by Yi Kyung Don(2010) that developed by Back Eun Ju, Jo Bu Gyeong(2004), for teacher's efficacy of care, we used scale by Hyun Jung Hwan(2003) We found there is nothing significant difference caused by Individual variables on teacher's professional development level but Working Environment Variables as teacher training, for retraining, monthly maintenance, type of work organization, satisfaction crate some meaningful difference. on teacher's efficacy of care, individual variables(marriage, period of working )affect more and less, but academic background, major department doesn't affect at all. On the other hand, teacher's efficacy of care is affected a little bit by working environment variables(working time & income), but not affected by teacher training refresher, type of work organization, satisfaction. In conclusion, 2 factors are in very close correlation and higher teacher's professional development level stimulates better teacher's efficacy of care.
