Measuring organizational performance based on appropriate performance indicator yield benefits to nonprofit organizations and stakeholders. Many researches for Korean nonprofits have borrowed performance indicators from the public and private sectors. Public administrators hardly are concerned with conceptualization of organizational performance in Korean nonprofit organizations. This study empirically analyzes the concept of Korean nonprofit performance. The findings suggest that efficiency, effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and publicness are important dimensions of organizational performance in Korean nonprofit organizations.
