Erudite, or Someone else Control Your Destiny

인간의 변화는 겉모습의 변화로만 설명할 수 없다. 겉모습의 변화를 넘어서 마음과 정신의 변화를 통해, 사상과 행동의 변화를 동반해야 인간의 진정한 변화라 할 수 있다. 메타모르포시스는 인간의 배움본능을 통해 이루어지는 것이고, 이것은 인간 스스로 자신을 바꾸어나가는 것이다. 또한 몸과 마음의 융합과 조화를 위한 부단한 변신의 배움을 행하는 것이며, 개조의 힘이다. 이러한 메타모르포시스를 통한 HRD는 배움본능의 인간이 새롭게 살아가기 위한 집단 차원의 시도이다. 그러나 HRD의 현장에서든지, 삶 어디에서든지 일어나는 메타모르포시스를 통해 우리는 '길은 만들어진 것이 아니라 우리가 걸어가는 대로 새롭게 만들어갈 수 있는 것'임을 알아갈 수 있으며, 그것을 알고 행동하며 변화를 설천하기 위하여 새롭게 걸어나가야 한다.

Metamorphosis of human being could not explained simply by change of external features. Beyond the change of external feature, through the reform of mind and spirit, the metamorphosis with alteration of idea and behavior only could be the true metamorphosis of human being. The metamorphosis which is accomplished by human' s nature of erudition is erudition of relentless metamorphosis for harmony of spirit and body and power of reformation. HRD through metamorphosis is group level trial of human being who have nature of erudition to live new life form. However, through the metamorphosis which could happen in place of HRD or anywhere of human life, we could acknowledge that "Path is not something made but something can be newly built through one's step", and we should begin new walking for acknowledge, act and practice the change.
