The Feature and Possibility of Erudition Phenomenon and Erudition Tools in Web 2.0

한 시대의 배움현상은 시대환경과 기술을 배경으로 전개되고 발전한다. 참여, 공유, 개방을 특징으로 하는 웹 2.0은 기술 현상을 넘어서 새로운 패러다임을 만들었고, 오늘날 배움현상의 바탕이 되었다. 즉, 블로그, 위키피디아, 웹플랫폼, SNS 등은 배움도구로서의 의미와 가능성을 가지고 있다. 특히 성과지향, 온라인 오프라인을 연계한 통합형 학습, 개인의 자발성 강조가 중요한 HRD 분야에서 웹 2.0 배움도구로서의 활용과 가능성은 더욱 중요하게 인식되어지고 있다.

The erudition phenomenon of the time has been developed based on the environment and technology of the age. Web 2.0 is characterized as participation, sharing and openness, and makes new paradigm beyond a technology. Also web 2.0 makes a present erudition phenomenon. Blog, wikipedia, web platform and social network service(SNS) have a meaning and possibility of erudition tools. Especially, performance, blended erudition connected online and off-line erudition and the emphasis of a sense of spontaneity are important in Human Resourse Development. And application and possibility of these erudition tools in HRD are increased.
