국제결혼가정 자녀의 배움 저해 요인 연구

A Study on the Restraints on Erudition of the Children From International Marriage Family

이 연구는 국제결혼가정 자녀들의 수업 중 배움을 저해하는 요인이 무엇인지 알아보는 연구이다. 국제결혼가정 자녀들의 배움을 저해하는 요인을 학습자 중심으로 살펴보고 그들의 배움을 실질적으로 도울 필요가 있다. 이를 통해 국제결혼가정 자녀들의 자발적 배움력을 기르고, 이들을 지도하는 초등학교 교사들의 효과적인 학습지도에 실질적인 도움을 주는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 국제결혼 가정 자녀의 배움을 저해하는 수업 내적 요인은 교사에 대한 관심과 지지의 요구, 수업 외적 요인은 '어머니의 부재(不在)'와 '어머니가 주는 과중한 학습부담', 또래 요인인 놀림과 따돌림이었다. 연구를 통해 세 가지의 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 국제결혼가정 자녀들의 수업을 적극적으로 도울 보조교사의 배치와 국제결혼가정 자녀들의 학교생활에서의 어려움 해결을 도울 전문상담교사의 배치가 필요하다. 둘째, 국제결혼가정 자녀 개개인의 가정환경을 고려한 맞춤형 대안 수립 및 지원과 이중 언어 교육을 위한 단계별 원격 화상 강의 시스템 제공 등의 교육 정책적 지원이 필요하다. 셋째, 다문화가정자녀들의 올바른 성장과 국가인적자원 개발을 위해 국가가 지원하는 지역사회 중심 다문화가정자녀 전담보육시설의 설립 및 운영이 필요하다.

This study aims to investigate the restraints on erudition of learners in the classes of the children from international marriage family. It is necessary to help their study by identifying the restraints, that has increasingly expanded, on erudition of them in the perspective of learners. This study aims to cultivate spontaneous erudition capability of them and to provide practical help to the elementary school teachers for their effective teaching. As for the internal factors that restrained erudition of the children from international marriage, the absence of mother, the excessive burden from mother for erudition and derision and bullying from the same age group, were analyzed. Firstly, in order to help the erudition of the children from international marriage, the improvement of educational environment is required. The distribution of specialized teachers who can help the children is required. Secondly, in order to remove the factors that restrain the erudition of the children from international marriage, the improved policies for the new education is required. Thirdly, for the desirable growth of the children from multicultural families and the development of national human resources, the establishment and operation of the child care facilities supported by the state, are required.
