경호관련학과 재학생의 CPTED 현장실습 경험을 통한 진로신념 인식

Students' awareness of Security Related Department on Career Beliefs through Fieldwork Experience of CPTED

본 연구는 경호관련학과 재학생의 CPTED 현장실습 경험을 통한 진로신념 인식을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 충남 소재 J대학교 경찰경호학과 재학생 44명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 내용분석을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 연구의 목적과 방법에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경호관련학과 재학생의 CPTED　현장실습 경험은 과제수행, 배경능력, 학업만족 등 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 성공적인 현장실습 경험은 자신의 전공에 대한 이해와 자신의 능력에 대한 자기효능감을 고취하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경호관련학과 재학생의 CPTED　현장실습 경험은 전공이론 이해능력, 전문정보 습득능력, 사회안전 분석능력 등 결과기대에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 성공적인 현장실습 경험은 전공분야에 대한 전반적인 이해도와 관련이 있는 결과기대를 높여준다. 셋째, 경호관련학과 재학생의 CPTED　현장실습 경험은 사회진출 분야설정, 전공공부 심화의지, 사회공헌 참여의식 등 목표설정에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 성공적인 현장실습 경험은 취업계획 등 사회진출 분야설정, 이를 달성하기 위한 전공공부 심화의지, 그리고 자신의 능력을 사회에 환원하겠다는 사회공헌 참여의식으로 발전한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify students' awareness of security related department on career beliefs through fieldwork experience of CPTED. This study collected data from 44 students of security related department who enrolled in J University in Chungnam and conducted content analysis. The followings are the results of this study. First, security related department students' fieldwork experience of CPTED gives positive influence to students' self-efficacy, such as task performance, background skills, and academic satisfaction. Second, security related department students' fieldwork experience of CPTED gives positive influence to students' result expectation, such as ability to understand majoring theories, ability to acquire professional information, ability to analyse social safety. Third, security related department students' fieldwork experience of CPTED gives positive influence to students' goal setting such as setting fields of social advancement, deepening commitment to major study, participation sense for social contribution.
