비가시적 위험관리 분야를 통한 민간경비 산업의 발전방안

Developmental Plan of Private Security Industry through Non-visible Risk Management Area

민간경비 산업은 인간의 안전에 대한 심리를 충족시키는 산업이다. 오늘날의 위험은 전통적 사회의 위험과는 다른 양상을 보이고 있기 때문에 이전과는 비교할 수 없을 정도의 위험사회로 진입한지 오래이며 안전에 대한 욕구 또한 증가하였다. 이러한 안전의 욕구를 반영하는 현대적 위험의 특성 중 하나는 비가시적 위험성이다. 후쿠시마 원전사고에서 볼 수 있듯이 방사능에 대한 위험은 우리가 보거나 만지거나, 들을 수 없다. 이처럼 인간의 5감으로 느낄 수 없기 때문에 더욱더 두려움이 크다. 이에 따라서 본 연구는 비가시적 위험관리가 민간경비 산업에 있어서 새로운 분야로 확장될 수 있는 이론적 논의를 제시하고, 비가식적 위험관리 적용분야를 제시하여 비가시적 위험관리를 통한 민간경비 산업의 발전방안에 대하여 제시하였다.

Private security industry is an industry to satisfy human psychology to the safety. Because the risk of today seems a different trend with that of traditional society, dangerous society which cannot be compared to the previous one has already emerged from a long time ago and the desire for the safety has increased. One of features in such modern risk is a non-visible danger. As it can be seen from Fukushima nuclear power plant accident, the danger to the nuclear is not seen, touched, nor heard. Like this, its fear is bigger because it cannot be felt with five senses of man. Therefore, this study suggested the developmental plan of private security industry through non-visible risk management by suggesting theoretical discussion which non-visible risk management in private security industry can be extended to a new field and suggesting the application of non-visible risk management.
