로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용한 산업기밀 유출방지에 영향을 미치는 기업보안 활동 요인에 관한 연구

A Study on Industrial Security Factors Influencing Industrial Technology Outflow Prevention Using Logistic Regression

본 연구에서는 기업보안 활동 중 산업기밀 유출방지에 영향을 미치는 관리적 통제요인을 분석하고자 하며, 이를 위해 선행연구와 관련자료를 이용하여 연구 모형 및 연구가설을 도출하기 위한 근거를 제시하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 설정한 변수들의 신뢰도와 타당성을 검토하고, 실증연구를 통한 가설을 검증하기 위해 로지스틱 회귀분석을 활용하였다. 실증분석 결과 접근 통제에 있어서 "문서화 관리"가 산업기밀 유출 사고 감소에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 일반적으로 문서로 출력된 정보 접근에 있어서 중요도에 따른 문서관리가 가장 기본적인 정보보호 활동으로 인식된 것으로 사료되며, 산재된 정보를 문서로 출력하여 체계화함과 동시에 중요도에 따른 접근 통제 관리가 이루질 경우 산업기밀 유출 방지의 확률성이 높아진다고 할 수 있다. 그리고 문서화 관리 외에 산업기밀 유출방지에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 도출된 것이 인적 통제의 "비밀유지 서약"과 "신원확인" 및 "책임소재 명확"이며, 그 외 변수들은 기각되었다.

This study is for analyzing the administrative control factors of industrial security activities that influence the protection of industrial techniques outflow, and the basis for research model and research hypothesis was proposed by the preceding research and references in it. In addition, Rogistic Regression was used to verify the hypothesis through the empirical as well as reliability and validity verification. As a result, "Documentation" factor influences the decrease of industrial techniques outflow the most, which says that the document control by the importance is the most fundamental information protection activity. So, the access control by importance as well as the systematization by printing the important papers will make the probability of protection of industrial techniques outflow higher. And the factors that influence the protection of industrial techniques outflow are "Security pledge", "Identification", and "responsibility".
