세계측지계 기반 지적기준점망 구축방안 연구

A Study on the Establishment of Cadastral Control Networks based on International Territorial Reference Frame(ITRF)

본 연구는 지적재조사사업을 효율적으로 추진하기 위해 전국적으로 통일된 기준점망을 구축하는데 그 목적이 있다. 지적재조사사업은 측량 수로조사 및 지적에 관한 법률에 따라 세계측지계 기반으로 실시해야 하므로 전국적인 세계측지계 기반 지적기준점망 구축방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 국가기준점과 지적기준점을 하나로 통합하는 방안을 기본방향으로 하였으며, 국가기준점은 위성기준점, 통합기준점을 우선 대상으로 하고 지적기준점은 2009년 디지털지적 구축 시범사업에서 전국적으로 정비된 1,600점을 연계하여 전국의 광역시 도 별 분석을 통해 약 5km×5km간격의 최적의 배치밀도를 도출하였다.

The purpose of this study is to establish the unified national control networks in order to implement cadastral reform project efficiently. Since the cadastral reform project should be proceeded based on the International Territorial Reference Frame(ITRF) according to the Survey Hydro investigation and Cadastral Act, establishing ITRF based cadastral control networks was presented. The basic direction was to unify the National Control Points and Cadastral Control Points. For National Control Points, Satellite Control Points and Unified Control Points has been selected as prior targets, 1,600 cadastral control points which readjusted through Digital Cadastre Establishment Pilot Project in 2009. The optimized control points networks density was analyzed as 5km×5km.
