GIS 기반의 대전시 바람길 형성지 평가를 통한 용도구역 지정에 관한 연구

A study on the Destination of Use Districts through Evaluation of Forming and Flowing a Wind Corridor in Daejun by GIS

본 연구는 대전시의 공간적 특성에 따른 바람생성지역을 평가하여 대전 지역에서의 바람길 도입을 위한 기초분석을 실시하여 바람길의 유동이나 순환을 위한 용도구역의 우선순위에 따른 바람길을 고려한 신설이나 지정을 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과 새로운 용도구역의 지정을 위한 방안으로서 자연공원구역의 경우 신성동, 관저동, 가양동 등과 같이 녹지망의 연결성이 결여되어 있어 추가적인 지정이 필요한 것으로 나타났고, 시가화조정구역의 경우 대흥동과 그 주변 지역에는 식장산과 보문산 등 높은 바람길 형성지와 인접하고 있어 바람길이 유동하는 연결통로의 역할을 하는 곳으로서 개발보다는 원도심 활성화를 위한 방안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 개발제한구역의 경우 기존의 개발제한 구역과의 연계성이 미흡한 구즉동과 온천1동은 최근 인구의 증가로 인해 시가지가 확장되고 있는 추세에 있어 개발을 제한하고 공원구역등의 녹지망 연계를 동시에 고려하는 방안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

This study is to suggest the method to designation of use districts in accordance with it's priority of wind corridor flow and circulation that is estimated of wind generated area based on the basic analysis by spatial characteristics for introduction of the wind corridor. As a result of this study, The designation of use districts for new method, the case of a natural park area need additional assignments on Sinseong-dong, Gwanjeo-dong, Gayang-dong due to lack of connectivity of green space, in case of urbanization area was required activation method of downtown rather than developing where in Daeheungdong and its surrounding area with mountain of bomun and sikjang as a high wind path area that was the role of wind flow Passageway. Also, The development of a restricted area was necessary to consider the plan of green network linking and to limit the development at the same time due to increase in population with urban expanding where is insufficient linkages of restricted area of the existing development such as Gujeuk-dong and Oncheon-1dong.
