척수장애인의 낙인과 차별경험이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향

A Study on Influence of Stigma, Discrimination Experience, Shame, Life Satisfaction People with Spinal Cord Injury -Centered on the Effect Parameters of the Shame-

본 연구는 척수장애인이 경험한 낙인, 차별경험 요인들이 수치심을 매개로 척수장애인 삶의 만족도에 어떠한 경로로 어느 정도의 영향을 미치는지 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 통하여 척수장애인 삶의 만족도 향상을 위한 사회복지실천 프로그램의 개발과 실천 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 척수장애인 213명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 16.0을 이용하여 구조모형검증을 실시하였다. 분석결과, "낙인은 척수장애인 삶의 만족도에 부적 영향을 미칠 것이다."는 가설은 통계적으로 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났으며, "차별경험은 척수장애인 삶의 만족도에 부적 영향을 미칠 것이다."는 가설도 통계적으로 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 반면 "척수장애인 삶의 만족도 영향요인은 수치심을 매개로 하여 척수장애인 삶의 만족도에 부적 영향을 미칠 것이다."는 가설에서는 수치심 요인이 낙인과 삶의 만족도와의 관계를 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 척수장애인의 삶의 만족도를 높이기 위한 제도적ㆍ실천적 개입 방안을 제언하였다.

This study focuses on understanding how Stigma and discrimination factors experienced by those spinal cord injuries affect the satisfaction of their life. Throughout this methodology, its purpose is showing practice method and development of programs for enhancing their life satisfaction. This study analyzed and collected data form 213 case using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 16.0. As a result, the hypotheses "stigma will affect their life satisfaction" is not statistically significant was not valid, and the hypotheses "experiencing discrimination will affect their satisfaction"was also wrong. But Shame was fully mediated on life satisfaction people with spinal cord Injury. By Based on these findings, to reduce shame of people with the spinal cord, there are suggested practical interventions to enhance the satisfaction of life.
