모듈형 자세보조기구가 뇌성마비 아동의 손 기능과 작업수행에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Modular Seating System to Hand Function and Occupational Performance

본 연구는 모듈형 자세보조기구의 적용이 뇌성마비 아동의 일상생활활동 중 손의 활동에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위하여 캐나다 작업수행 평가(COPM)와 상자와 나무토막 검사(BBT)를 실시하였다. 연구는 8개월간 뇌성마비 아동 2명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 장애아동의 손 활동에 대한 작업수행도와 만족도를 알아보기 위하여 모듈형 자세보조기구의 사용 전후를 조사하였고, 모듈형 자세보조기구의 사용 후 점진적인 아동의 손 기능 변화를 조사하였다. 연구결과 우세손과 비우세손에서 BBT 결과 대상자 A, B의 경우 옮겨진 나무토막 개수가 증가하였다. 모듈형 자세보조기구를 사용한 기간 동안 COPM 결과는 대상자 A, B의 자기관리, 생산적인활동, 여가활동 수행도와 보호자의 만족도가 향상하였으며 임상적으로 유의한 변화인 2.0 이상의 향상을 보였다. 대상자 A, B는 모듈형 자세보조기구가 작업수행도와 만족도, 그리고 손 기능에 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다.

This study is for establishing that setting modular seating system is helpful for using hand in activities of daily living, and operated COPM(Canadian Occupational Performance Measure) and BBT(Box and Block Test). This study had been operated for eight months with two children having cerebral palsy, and examined before and after of using modular seating system to know satisfaction and ability of using hand, moreover studied about changing of ability of hand after using modular seating system. In the result of this study, in the case of dominant hand, amount of moved blocks were increased in the subject A, B and In the case of non-dominant hand, subject A, B made it increased, with before using modular seating system. The result of COPM of subjects A, B show us an improvement on self-care, productive activities, and leisure during using modular seating system, and also it shows an improvement of over 2.0 which is clinically meaningful figure. As a result of this study, using modular seating system can make progress on improving ability of hand using such as satisfaction and performance.
