파독 광부ㆍ간호 인력의 국내 및 독일에서의 교육 비교(1963~1977)

Education of Korean Mineworkers and Nurses in Germany during 1963~1977

본 연구에서는 1963년부터 1977년까지 파독된 광부와 간호사들의 파독배경을 1960년대 한국과 독일의 경제적ㆍ정치적 상황가운데 교육원조에 주목하고 있다. 교육훈련생으로 광부 간호사는 파독 전에 국내에서 어떤 교육을 받았으며 국내의 교육과 독일에서의 교육에서는 어떤 차이가 있는지 비교ㆍ고찰해 보고자 했다. 두 국가 간의 교육제도와 교육과정 등에 대한 비교를 통해 당시 파독된 교육훈련생(기술훈련생)들이 어떤 어려움에 봉착했는지, 당시 교육현실은 어떠했는지 등을 조명해 봄으로써 파독의 1차 목적인 교육원조에 관해 평가해 볼 수 있다.

This article will discuss (explore) the background of Korean miners and nurses, who went to Germany from 1963 to 1977, with regard to the economic and political background between West Germany and South Korea. It is related to the Korea's situation, which needed foreign technology and capital, in order to solve the urgent task, recovery after the Korean War and economic development and the Germany's Situation, which has been recovered after the Second World War and pursued to solve the labor shortage through the influx of foreign workers under a highly developed industrial economy. In this context this study will evaluate, how the Korean miners and nurses have been educated in Korea before they were sent to Germany as Trainees, and whether there was any difference between the country's education and training in Germany. Through comparison of educational system and curriculum between the two countries it will be explain, which difficulties they have run into, and what the reality was, and will try to focus on the educational and training sector.
